Return or Exchange Policy
At Simplified Bedding, we want you to be delighted with your purchase. Items purchased at full price may be exchanged, replaced or returned within 14 days of purchase, given that they are in new, unwashed condition within their original packaging. We can only accept returns and exchanges for items purchased directly from Simplified Bedding.
If you wish to return your merchandise, please call or email before you do so. Calling or emailing ahead allows us to evaluate the order and gives us time to properly handle any situation while providing you with the best possible customer service. We assure you speaking to us will expedite any return or exchange process.

Returning a Gift
We would be happy to offer you an exchange for your gift following the return guidelines above. Please note, however, that we are unable to issue cash refund to anyone other than the person who originally placed the order. Be sure to include the name and address of the person who placed the order with Simplified Bedding.
Colorado Sales tax is applied to all orders shipped within Colorado
Simplified Bedding accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Paypal for all on-line orders. Paypal is not accepted when ordering by phone. If multiple shipments are required to fulfill your order, you will be billed as the items are shipped. Shipping fees, as well as taxes, if applicable, are charged on a pro-rated basis as items are shipped.
Simplified Bedding makes every effort to ensure availability; however on occasion, items may be limited or sold out due to demand levels.
